Shawarma Lamb is an Syrian culinary adaptation on the Gyros (aka Greek Kebab) and is made of lamb marinated with Middle Eastern Spices and cooked all day on the rotisserie spit. The meat is shaved off into a wrap and typically served with Tahina Sauce, a dense paste of crushed sesame seeds, lemon juice and garlic. It’s a quick, healthy alternative to fast food.
